Joseph and Olivia installed the electrical wiring for a mini-split air conditioning system we had installed at our house. They ran wire from our garage, through the attic, and down the side of our house to the unit, as well as installed a regular electrical outlet outside. They were very professional, courteous and communicative. The work was done professionally, and they were competitively priced. 360 Electric was absolutely fantastic. They came out to our older multi-family community and immediately stepped in to help us resolve an issue that several other companies either did not want to handle or tried to overcharge us for things we did not need. Their technician was outstanding—polite, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue, worked through it carefully, and helped us get the problem corrected without adding unnecessary costs. Their service was so good that Jeff, the owner, even answers the phone himself and takes the time to get to know his customers. That kind of personal attention and honesty is hard to find. 360 Electric went above and beyond, and they have earned a customer for life as far as I am concerned. 1. Great Experience! 2. Booked on THU and they were at the house the following TUE.  The dispatcher was clear on job and price options, (no hidden costs). 3. Our home, although only ~3-years old, did not have the proper ceiling fan boxes, which we knew would require a small additional cost. 4. The job was completed on time and they were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5. 360 Electric is my new go-to residential electrician team!!! We highly recommend them. (5 out of 5 stars)
