Important Notes:
All packages will include cut sheets of fixtures being installed to approve look and color. Packages do not include utility upgrades or running power to the barn/structure including trenching or overhead lines. To comply with current electrical codes, barn/structure interiors must have finished walls to protect wiring. Unfinished areas must have metallic conduit, or other approved wiring methods, adding 7% to the total project cost.

- 1-year warranty on all work (including supplied parts and material).
Your Part
- Meet with one of our technicians to review your project options Sign your estimate and lock in your plan
- Give 10% down payment to get started
STEP 3: Start of Project
- On-site final walk-through with your technician
- Confirm layout and options
- Discuss any changes or upgrades
- Electrical infrastructure installation begins ("rough-in") 75% progress payment at end of rough installation
STEP 4: Final Installation
- 360 Electric will Install all devices and fixtures
- Final site walk with your technician
- Final invoice and payment
